What you need to get right
Your order ships to the address you enter at checkout. A package sent to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be reimbursed by Erfectventi. Double-checking the shipping details before you complete your purchase is the only way to avoid this.
When delivery takes longer
Estimated delivery windows are not fixed. The time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and severe weather can all push a delivery beyond the initial estimate. Erfectventi does not guarantee a specific arrival date when those factors are in play.
What we don’t cover
Once a shipment leaves our facility, Erfectventi does not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Those events fall outside our control.
If duties and taxes are applied to your order and you do not pay them, no refund will be issued by Erfectventi. The order outcome in that situation is final.
