Transaction Initiation & Payment
When you complete a purchase, a temporary hold for the order total is placed on your card right away. The actual charge, however, only occurs once your shipment leaves our facility. For the transaction to proceed, the billing details you provide must exactly match those associated with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment methods such as checks, cash, or money orders are not processed.
Address Verification & Responsibility
Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information you enter is essential. Erfectventi cannot assume liability for delivery complications that arise from typographical errors in the address submitted. The verification step linking your billing address to your card is a required part of finalizing the payment.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Constraints
Each order is dispatched to a single destination. If you need to send items to different locations, placing a separate order for each address is necessary. Every individual shipment will carry its own shipping cost, so this is a practical point to keep in mind when arranging gifts or multi-destination deliveries.
